Plainly told, same as everything else on this site.
If your certificate arrives damaged, has a fault, or is wrong because of a mistake on our side, we'll send you a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. You don't need to send the damaged one back.
Please tell us within 30 days of it arriving, with a photo if it's damaged, so we can sort it quickly.
You can cancel for a full refund any time before your certificate is printed and shipped. For a Digital certificate, that's before it has been emailed. If we're still researching a surname for you, you can cancel for a full refund at any point before it ships.
Every certificate is personalised with the names and county you give us, so we can't accept returns for a change of mind once it has been printed or emailed. This doesn't affect your rights if anything is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Certificates are printed exactly as typed at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us straight away. If it hasn't been printed yet, we'll correct it before it goes to print.
Email hello@irishheritagepress.com with your name and the email address you ordered with. A real person reads every message.
Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used, through Stripe. Your bank may take a few days to show it.
